Study: Flying went smoother for passengers in 2009

An overall ranking of the 18 airlines based on their combined performance in four categories -- on-time arrivals, mishandled baggage, denied boardings, complaints -- was to be released Monday.
The top rated airline in 2008 was Hawaiian, which flies to eight West Coast cities, Las Vegas and Phoenix in addition to the Hawaiian Islands and to the Philippines, Australia, Samoa and Tahiti. At the bottom was Atlantic Southeast, which operates Delta Connection regional flights.
For 2009, American Eagle, which operates regional flights for American Airlines, had the highest rate of involuntary denied boardings at 3.76 per 100,000 passengers in 2009. Low-cost carrier JetBlue -- it has a policy against overbooking -- had so few denied boardings that its rate showed up as zero.Despite annoying baggage friendsinmyheart
fees, or perhaps because of them, airlines did better with the luggage. People didn't check as many bags last year, and fewer than 4 bags per every 1,000 travelers were lost or damaged. Task include quotation support, business and operation consulting，order entry check，order entry, order tracing, order management, delivery tracking(mainly use FCA and CIP as the INCOTERMS), driving revenue , sales performance claim and split, different account’s project follow up. Be familiar with hp SAP, Physical Inventory Management system etc. Doing Sales Unit pipeline reporting working; in charge of DOA project and doing analysis with factory; working with AR department and customer with the AR collection; working with Credit department to ensure the channel partner follow the credit control process; Drive revenue on month-end, Q-end and year-end basis; Inventory management reporting for great china.Every month I analyze the performance data of our department and make a report to my manager. I will show him some number are not meet our target and analyze why in these aspect we can’t meet our target, then I give my manager some advice to solve this problem and promote our team’s performance.The main responsibility for this work is：1. Based on the Technical consultant’s requirement generate configuration list and calculate the total net. 2. Be proficienet in SAP system for order management. Know the whole process from order entry to shipment and also be responsible for communicating with factory to track the production status.
3. Learn the Configuration Guide and Order Guide by myself, if there is any update information about the product change, I will announce it and show difference compared with the old product on monthly meeting. 4. Response for all Alpha quotation’s Tech Edit. Check these quotations whether they can be produced by factory and be used normally in customer’s environment. 5. Response for all programs’ maintenance and update in our department. 6. Take charge of the order management, include the order checking, order tracking, correspond other departments to prepare the order entry files, contact with factory to prepare the goods, delivery tracking.7. Support Technical Consultant (TC) to make the Proposal and base on the customer’s need to do some modification of the Proposal. 8. Response for the monthly performance report in our department, includes staff individual workload analysis and department data analysis. According to the analysis result table the development proposal for our department.9. d) Follow the customer’s request and make the bidding file for the News Exchange Platform.
